Een groot deel van 's werelds beste duiken is alleen per boot toegankelijk. Als u nog nooit een bootduik hebt gemaakt of tientallen hebt gelogd, de PADI Boat Diver Specialty-cursus is goed voor u omdat boten in verschillende delen van de wereld dingen anders doen. Duiken vanaf een boot is leuk en relatief eenvoudig omdat u meestal rechtstreeks afdaalt op de duikstek.
De PADI Boat Diver-cursus vergroot uw kennis over boten, van kleine opblaasboten tot grote liveaboards. U zult ervaring op doen met duiken door twee duiken van een boot te voltooien en te leren:
Boot terminologie.
Bootduikprocedures en etiquette, inclusief het in- en uitstappen en waar u uw uitrusting kunt opbergen.
Veiligheid bij het varen, inclusief het vinden van veiligheidsuitrusting.
